Microsoft Network Login Instructions

As part of our effort to create one collaborative environment to support our teams across the organization, we are in the process of migrating and integrating our Microsoft tenants into one Mutual Bancorp environment. As a result of this upgrade, all employees will need to reconnect their devices and log back into the network using existing login credentials and connection settings. Thank you for your cooperation and support as we continue enhancing our technology tools and shared infrastructure.

What Fidelity Network Users Need to Do Before Migration Weekend

(Before Saturday, July 18, at 2:00 p.m.)

Keep Your Laptop Connected
If you will not be in the office during migration weekend, leave your company laptop:

  • Powered on and plugged in.
  • Connected to the internet and VPN
  • Connected from Friday evening through Sunday
  • Temporarily set to remain awake, if possible

This allows required updates and configuration changes to complete.

Banking Center Teams
Before leaving on Saturday, restart all Banking Center desktop computers.

Have Your Credentials Ready
Before reconnecting, make sure you know your:

  • Network username and password.
  • Device passcode
    Apple ID credentials, if applicable.
  • Preferred new 14-character Microsoft PIN

Review Teams Content: Save and organize any important files or reference materials shared in Teams so you can access them after migration.

Review Outlook Rules: Outlook rules may not migrate. Take screenshots or notes so you can recreate them if needed.

Review Recurring Teams Meetings: If you manage recurring meetings:

  • Notify external attendees that new invitations will be sent.
  • Review meetings with modified occurrences.
  • Note any critical meetings to verify after migration.

Save Microsoft Forms Responses: Export any Forms responses you want to keep to Excel.

Verify Everbridge Information: VPN and mobile users should confirm their personal phone number and email address in Everbridge to receive weekend updates. Click here for instructions.

What to Do After Migration

Microsoft applications (including Outlook and Teams) will be unavailable for @fidelitybankonline.com users beginning Saturday at 2:00 p.m. during the migration.

VPN and mobile users will receive an Everbridge notification when the migration is complete and it is safe to reconnect. Please complete the process on Sunday, whenever possible, to be ready for the workweek.

After receiving the notification, follow the appropriate attached guide:
