Schedule an Appointment​

• We ask for your name, e-mail address, the best phone number to contact you at and physical address.
• Please provide the first name and last names of all people who will be in attendance at this appointment.
• Please provide your Safe Deposit Box Number.

A confirmation email detailing the day, time and location of your appointment request will be sent to the email address provided in the appointment booking form. In addition, Fidelity Bank will confirm via a phone call to the number provided in the appointment booking form.

Request for an appointment to access to a safe deposit box can be made up to 15 days in advance.
