Giving Guidelines:

In general, we prioritize:

  • Local non-profit organizations that directly impact and benefit the communities in our footprint
  • Programs that support inclusion and diversity
  • Community partnerships and our local chambers of commerce
  • Cultural and arts organizations
  • Youth programming

Requests that address the Community Reinvestment Act such as:

  • Low to moderate income populations
  • Youth and senior citizens
  • Economic development
  • Financial literacy
Your Request Matters.

Decisions are based on available resources and the degree to which the request aligns with our mission, priorities and service area. Completed applications are reviewed monthly using our C.A.R.E process and applicants will be notified by email or phone.

Frosty Flyer

Nothing beats the joy we get delivering free ice cream more than seeing the smiles that come with it. Whether it’s for a local event, organization or school, the Frosty Flyer, Fidelity Bank’s ice cream truck, brings cool treats and warm smiles! The Frosty Flyer is active seasonally from May to September. Look for us out and about in your community! To request the Frosty Flyer at a local event, organization, or school, complete our donation request form.

The Leominster Community Room

When it comes to supporting the needs of the community, we go beyond charitable donations. We are proud to provide local non-profits with the opportunity to use our Community Room at no cost. Located in the lower level of our corporate headquarters at 9 Leominster Connector in Leominster, the space has a maximum capacity of 50 people and can accommodate a variety of meeting styles from classroom to round-table discussion. Request the use of our Community Room for your next meeting or event.

Need a Volunteer?

We’re ready to lend a hand – literally. If your community organization or initiative has a need, our team is willing and able to pitch in however we can. Whether it’s cleaning up a park, stocking the shelves of a local food pantry, or applying a fresh coat of paint, we relish the opportunity to serve.
