Card Manager is designed to make managing your Fidelity Bank debit cards simpler and more efficient.

FAQ's

First time Online Banking users can call 800.581.5363 or visit their local banking center to sign up for Online Banking. Once we activate your account, you may then login through Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App to proceed with the enrollment process.

For your first login use your Social Security Number (SSN) as your Initial Username and the last four digits of your SSN as your Initial Password. Once you are logged in follow the one-time enrollment process and you will be prompted to create a new username and password.

If you’re not yet enrolled in Fidelity Bank’s Online Banking, follow these simple steps to enroll using our mobile app:

Download our Apple or Android™ Mobile Banking App by clicking on the links below while on your smartphone or tablet or by searching the respective app stores for Fidelity Bank MA.

    

  • Once you have installed the app, launch it and locate the “Sign Up” section on our Mobile App login screen.
  • Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) as your Initial Username and the last four digits of your SSN as your Initial Password.
  • Follow the instructions to complete your one-time enrollment process, which includes creating a new username, password, and completing security questions.
  • Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

With these streamlined steps, you can enroll in Online Banking using our mobile app in just a few minutes. Enjoy the convenience of managing your finances on-the-go with Fidelity Bank.

E-Statements are a safer, more convenient, and greener way to receive your bank statements.

If you’re enrolling in eStatements for the first time:
Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.

  1. From your Dashboard, click or tap the account you want to enroll.
  2. Click or tap Documents to begin the enrollment process.
  3. Review and accept the eStatement Service Agreement.
  4. Confirm your email address, which will be used to notify you when statements are ready.
  5. Click Enroll, then OK on the confirmation pop-up.

A confirmation message will appear, and you'll receive an email letting you know you're all set.

If you already receive eStatements for at least one account:

  1. Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
  2. From your Dashboard, click or tap the account you'd like to enroll.
  3. Click or tap Documents to manage your statement preferences.
  4. Review and accept the eStatement Service Agreement.
  5. Check the box next to the account(s) you'd like to enroll.
  6. Click Enroll.

You’ll receive an email confirming your updated statement delivery preferences.

Viewing your eStatements is simple through Fidelity Bank’s Online or Mobile Banking platform.

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click or tap the account you'd like to view.
  2. Click or tap Documents to access your eStatements.
  3. Select the document you want to view, then click the download icon to open it as a PDF.

Note: Only eStatements generated after your enrollment will be available. To request a statement from before you enrolled, please contact your local Banking Center or our Client Care team at (800) 581-5363.

You can customize your Dashboard so your most-used tools—like Transactions, Transfers, or Payments—are right where you want them. Each section is called a card, and you can easily add, remove, or rearrange them to fit your preferences.

You can personalize your Dashboard by:

  • Rearranging the order of cards
  • Resizing certain cards (Online Banking only)
  • Removing cards you don’t use (you can always add them back later)

To add cards to your Dashboard:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your Dashboard and click or tap Organize Dashboard.
  2. Click or tap Add a card at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the card(s) you want to add.
  4. Click or tap < Add a card to return to the main Organize Dashboard view.
    – The new card(s) will appear at the bottom of your layout.
    – Drag and drop to reorder cards as needed.
  5. Click or tap Done to save and return to your Dashboard.

To remove cards from your Dashboard:

  1. Click or tap Organize Dashboard.
  2. Find the card you want to remove and click or tap the X icon.
  3. Click or tap Done to return to your Dashboard.
  4. You can re-add any removed cards at any time by following the “Add a Card” steps above.

You can securely link an external checking or savings account from another bank or credit union to your Fidelity Bank Online or Mobile Banking. Once verified, you’ll be able to transfer funds between institutions.

Note: Only checking or savings accounts can be linked. For loan payments to other institutions, use Bill Pay.

To set up an external account:

Online Banking:

  1. From your Dashboard, click Transfers in the left menu.
  2. Click + Add External Account in the top right corner of the card.

Mobile Banking:

  1. Tap the menu (☰) icon.
  2. Tap Transfers, then select Transfer to other institutions.
  3. Tap Add external account.

Alternative method (both platforms):

  1. Tap your name in the lower left corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Personal or Account.
  3. Click or tap + Add Account at the bottom of the card.

Then:

  1. Enter the account name, routing number, and account number.
  2. Choose Checking or Savings as the account type.
  3. Click or tap Submit.

You’ll see a message confirming that two small verification deposits (micro-deposits) have been sent. These typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

To verify the external account:

Online Banking:

  1. Click your name in the lower left corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts.

Mobile Banking:

  1. Tap the menu (☰) icon.
  2. Select your name > Settings > External Transfers.

Then:

  1. Click or tap the account you want to verify.
  2. Enter the two deposit amounts in any order and click Confirm.
  3. A message will confirm your account has been verified and is ready for transfers.

Transfers to and from external accounts typically take 1–3 business days to process.

To help prevent declined transactions while traveling, let us know your travel plans in advance. You can do this easily through Online or Mobile Banking—or by calling our Client Care team.

To set a travel notice in Online or Mobile Banking:

  1. Click or tap the airplane icon in the Card Management section. You’ll see a list of any past travel notices.
  2. Click or tap Add Travel Notice to open the form.
  3. Enter your destination(s):
    – List specific cities if known
    – Otherwise, a state or country is fine
    – Separate multiple destinations with commas

If the field is too short, call Client Care at (800) 581-5363.

Select your travel dates:

  1. Click or tap Dates, then choose your Start and End dates
    Tip: Add an extra day to the end in case of delays
  2. Select the Fidelity Bank card(s) you’ll be using. Cards are listed with account names and the last four digits
  3. Click or tap Save - you’ll receive a confirmation email once your travel notice is submitted.

Not using Online Banking?
You can also notify us by calling our Client Care team at (800) 581-5363.

To ensure your deposit is accepted and deposited into your account in a timely manner, please include “For Mobile Deposit at Fidelity Bank” with your endorsement on the back of the check.

Before making deposits, your account must be enrolled for mobile check deposit. You can start the enrollment in Online Banking, but check deposits must be made through the Mobile App.

To enroll an account for mobile check deposit:

  1. In the Mobile App: Tap Deposit from your Dashboard
    In Online Banking: Click Remote Deposits in the left-hand menu
  2. Click or tap Enroll an account.
  3. Select the account(s) you want to enroll, then click or tap Enroll. A message will confirm that your request has been submitted to the bank.
  4. Click or tap OK. The account will appear as Pending Approval until it's reviewed.

Once approved, you’ll receive a message in both Online and Mobile Banking titled RDC Account Approval. The account will then display as Enrolled, and you can begin making deposits through the app.

Mobile Deposits made before 4:00PM will be credited to your account the same day around 9:00PM.

Mobile Deposits made after 4:00PM or over the weekend or on holidays will be credited the following business day around 9:00PM.

Logging out ensures your information stays secure when you’re finished with your session.

Online Banking:

  1. Click your name in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select Sign Out from the menu.

Mobile Banking:

  1. Tap the menu (☰) icon.
  2. Tap your name in the lower-left corner.
  3. Select Sign Out.
