What You’ll Need to Get Started

To make a payment, all you need is your loan account number and zip code from your loan bill, along with your payment details, like:

  • Your bank’s routing and account numbers
  • Your debit card information
  • Note: Payments received after 5:00 p.m. EST will be posted the next business day. 

Avoid Fees with Our Preferred Payment Methods

  • Online Banking: Transfer funds directly from your Fidelity account to your loan.
  • Bill Pay: Use Bill Pay to make one-time or recurring payments through Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Automatic Withdrawal (ACH): Set up automatic payments from your bank account—contact us for help.
  • In-Person: Stop by any of our full-service locations to pay in person.
