With more than 20 years of experience in residential lending, Rosa Maria Salas works with clients to help them find the best home loan options to fit their financial well-being. Throughout her career, she has originated and managed residential loans through a collaborative approach with compliance and underwriting to ensure fair lending and consumer protection.

Based in Worcester, she works across all banking centers for clients when English is a second language as she is bilingual in Spanish.

Salas is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and holds certifications in home preservation, foreclosure prevention, and first-time homebuyer counseling from NeighborWorks America. She currently serves in leadership roles at Empowering Latina Leaders Affirmation, Adelante Worcester, and the Latin American Business Organization. She is also an advisor for the Worcester Red Sox WEPA Advisory Board and is co-chair of Live Worcester Now with City of Worcester. Previously, she served as a board member for the Central MA Conference for Women.
