Logging in for the first time after the upgrade? Follow these quick steps:

Step 1: Use your existing Username and hit “Login”

Step 2: On the next screen, enter your temporary password:

Personal clients: Use the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) 

Business clients: Use the last 4 digits of your Employer Identification Number (EIN)

Step 3: Follow prompts to set up a new password and Multi-Factor Authentication.
