Simply present your card at checkout and the purchase amount will be deducted directly from your checking account. Every purchase will be detailed on your monthly statement and will include the amount of the purchase and merchant identification. You can also view all of your transactions in Online & Mobile Banking.

• Debit Card Security: As part of our monitoring of your Fidelity Bank Debit Card, we alert you to potential fraudulent activity with SMS text messages to your mobile phone and automated phone calls to the contact numbers we have on file for you. Visa’s Zero Liability Policy protects you from unauthorized transactions when reported promptly. 
  
  

If your card is lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible at 888-297-3416, and we’ll help you deactivate your card and issue a replacement.
