Fidelity Bank has 13 other banking centers across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. Our Shirley Banking Center is 18 miles from Stow located at: 21 Main Street, Shirley MA 01464. In addition, you may consider our Leominster banking center at 9 Leominster Connector, Leominster, MA 01453 or Needham at 129 Chestnut Street, Needham MA 02492.

If you currently have a Safe Deposit Box at our Stow Banking Center, we ask that you close and empty your box prior to September 1st, 2021.  Current Safe Deposit Box renters will be rebated any fees paid in 2021 and will be eligible to receive free box rental for up to a year at an alternative Fidelity Bank location.

Online:
You can easily pay your loan online using the internal transfer feature in our online banking, setting up automatic ACH withdrawals from your active bank account, utilizing Bill Pay and scheduling a payment to be sent directly to your loan account, or for a fee you can make a payment through our Online Payment Center.

The first step is to sign up. First time users must contact us or visit their local banking center to sign up for Online Banking. You may then login through Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App to proceed with the enrollment process.

Complete Enrollment through Online Banking: Login to Online Banking on our home page using your Social Security Number (SSN) as your Username and the last four digits of your SSN as your Password.

Complete Enrollment through Mobile App: Download our Mobile App (see below) and locate the “Sign Up” section of the login screen. Login using your Social Security Number (SSN) as your Initial Username and the last four digits of your SSN as your Initial Password.

Follow the instructions to complete your one-time enrollment process, which includes creating a new username, password, and verifying the device or computer that you are using to login. Once completed you will receive an email confirmation. If you need assistance, please contact us.

How do I download the Fidelity Bank Mobile App? 

You can download our Apple, Android™, or Amazon Mobile Banking Apps by simply clicking on the links below while on your smartphone or tablet or by searching the respective app stores for Fidelity Bank MA.

You can deposit checks fast with the Fidelity Bank Mobile App by just snapping a photo of the front and back of the endorsed check. It is fast, secure, and free.

To enroll in Mobile Deposit, you must have already downloaded and set up the appropriate Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking App (see above). Once completed, simply login to your mobile App and click on the Check Deposit link on the bottom of the screen. This will prompt you to review and accept the Mobile Deposit agreement to enroll. The process will take one business day and you will receive an email notification when the service has been activated.
