Our Online Loan Payment Center has been Updated!

Our Online Loan Payment service is provided as additional option to pay your Fidelity Bank loan payment. You can always make a loan payment using any of the these preferred payment methods:

  • Online Banking

    Simply make a transfer within Online Banking from your Fidelity Bank account to your Fidelity loan.

  • Bill Pay

    Use Bill Pay to make a payment on your loan.  You can even schedule recurring payments to make it even easier.

  • In-Person

    Visit any of our full-service Banking Centers across Central and Eastern MA, where our caring staff can help you pay in person or at one of our many drive-up windows.

Online Loan Payment Option

If you choose not to use the payment methods listed above our Online Loan Payment service is a convenient and easy way to pay your Fidelity Bank loan payment.

You can easily make a payment as a Guest, or enroll and create an account to make your future payments simpler.  Enrolled clients enjoy new features including:

  • Scheduling and managing payments
  • Viewing payment history
  • Managing payment methods
  • Managing your notification preferences
  • Setting up Pay By Text

To make a payment you will need your Fidelity Bank loan account number and zip code from your loan bill along with details on your payment method, such as:

  • Your bank account routing and account numbers
  • Your debit card information

A transaction fee of $7.50 is assessed for each online payment. To avoid a fee, please use our preferred payment methods.

Payments made before 7 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and federal holidays, will post the next day. Payments made after 7 p.m. will post within two business days.
