We’re proud to participate in the Lift Up Homeownership Program, funded by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. Through this program, you may be eligible to receive up to $50,000 in down-payment and closing cost assistance to support homebuyers of color. Who qualifies for this program?

  • First-time homebuyers only

  • Up to $50,000 grant for down-payment and closing-cost assistance

  • For households headed by people of color earning up to 120% of the area median income

  • Buyers who qualify include Black/African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Asian (Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander), Hispanic or Latino

We’re proud to offer the Housing Our Workforce Program (up to $25,000 in grants), the Equity Builder Program (up to $30,806 in grants), and the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) Program, which offers 30-year mortgages at rates up to 2% lower than the market rate.
