Kathleen L. Kennedy appointed to Banking Center Manager for Fidelity Bank’s Whalon Street/Twin City location in Fitchburg

Kennedy brings expertise to help the Fitchburg community thrive

 (Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Kathleen L. Kennedy to Banking Center Manager for its Whalon Street/Twin City location in Fitchburg. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the operations at the banking center while providing financial tools and resources to help clients get where they want to be.

With more than 25 years in the banking industry, Kennedy comes to Fidelity Bank from Clinton Savings Bank, where she served as Vice President, Branch Manager and Business Development Officer. At Clinton Savings Bank, she was responsible for opening a new branch location and overseeing the daily operations of the branch.

“Kathleen is an experienced banking professional with a deep understanding of the industry and financial products,” said Sheila King-Goodwin, senior vice president, chief community banking officer, Fidelity Bank. “With her experience and dedication to the community, she will bring our LifeDesign promise of providing care, clarity and confidence to our Fitchburg clients.”

A resident of Worcester, Kennedy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Becker College. She holds several certifications in a variety of business and banking concentrations such as estate and retirement planning, and asset and fraud protection.

As an active member of the community, Kennedy is the co-founder of Serenity Cycles, former president and treasurer of the Lexington BNI Chapter, and board member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce and Lexington Retailers Association. She has volunteered at Cradles to Crayons and Everyday Miracles and is currently the treasurer of the Worcester Lions Club.
