Joseph Murchison appointed Assistant Vice President, Manager of Fidelity Bank Paxton Banking Center
Murchison to build and expand client relationships, lead banking center business development
Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Joseph Murchison to Assistant Vice President, Manager of the Paxton Banking Center located at 713 Pleasant Street in Paxton, Mass. He will also continue to serve clients as a Digital Private Banking Manager.
In this role, he will oversee the LifeDesign banking approach at the Paxton Banking Center and continue to care for Fidelity Bank clients who wish to engage with their banker virtually.

Most recently, Murchison served as Banking Center Manager with Fidelity Bank in Stow, and previously held various positions at I.C. Federal Credit Union.
“For the past several years at Fidelity Bank, I have worked to ensure trust, service, security and satisfaction to clients and colleagues,” said Murchison. “As Manager of the Paxton Banking Center, I will bring the same dedication to all our clients through the LifeDesign banking approach which aims to provide clarity, confidence and care to help our clients get where they want to be.”
A resident of Fitchburg, Murchison began his career at Fidelity Bank in 2014 where he started as a Float Teller and then to Float Customer Service Representative. Following success in these roles, he was named to the Personal Banker role, and then to Assistant Branch Manager of the bank’s Shirley Banking Center.
In addition to his work, he is heavily involved in the local music industry. He currently serves as President of the record label, Young Coff33, and is a member of the board of directors for ZenDen Studios in Fitchburg. He is also the lead vocalist for the local music group, Joe Grizzly.
Murchison completed the LDU program in conjunction with Nichols College and is a graduate of the 2020 LifeDesign University Launch Program.
