Schweiger to focus on personalized banking service in the Needham, MetroWest markets
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Jason Schweiger to Business Services Relationship Manager. In this role, he will work with business clients, providing personalized service and a variety of Business Services and Cash Management solutions, to help them grow, optimize their cash flow, and reduce fraud. He will be based in the Needham banking center serving the Needham and MetroWest communities.
Schweiger came to Fidelity from Cambridge Trust, where he worked as Vice President, Senior Office Manager, responsible for branches in Harvard Square, Porter Square and Newton Center. Over the course of his career, he worked in various roles at Rockland Trust, Bank of America, and Citibank.
“Jason is well versed in building strong relationships with business clients, acting as a trusted advisor,” said Lesly Murray, senior vice president, director, Business Banking Services. “When complimented with our LifeDesign promise of providing confidence, clarity and care, Jason will help our clients achieve their financial goals.”
Schweiger earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a focus on business communication from Bentley University.

A resident of Natick, he received the 2022 Branch of the Year Award from Cambridge Trust, where he also served as Treasurer of the Harvard Square Business Association.
