Fidelity Bank appoints Maria Heskes-Allard to Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Heskes-Allard to focus on growing commercial banking and cash management

(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Maria Heskes-Allard to Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, she will work on commercial banking, lending, and cash management sales with a focus on building relationships with business clients.

Heskes-Allard comes to Fidelity Bank from Bay State Savings Bank, where she served as Executive Vice President, Senior Lender, and managed the commercial, residential and consumer loan portfolio. She previously held various roles at Clinton Savings Bank, Rollstone Bank & Trust, First Massachusetts Bank and Bank of Boston.

A resident of Princeton, Mass., Heskes-Allard earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Assumption College, a bachelor’s degree in finance from New Hampshire College, and an associate’s degree in retail management from Becker College. She obtained a certificate in Real Estate from the Real Estate Finance Association, where she is also a member.

She extensively volunteers her time with the Greater Worcester Community Foundation serving on the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee, Chair of the Investment Committee, and the Scholarship Committee. She is also actively involved with the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and served as a former member of the North Central Massachusetts Development Corporation Loan Committee, former Treasurer for Growing Places Garden Project, and served in various roles at Becker College.
