LEOMINSTER, Mass. – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of three experienced leaders whose expanded roles further strengthen the Bank’s ability to provide clients with personalized service, specialized expertise and trusted financial guidance. Maria Heskes-Allard has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, Commercial Loan Officer; Shawn Tolf has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Treasury Management, and Tamara St Germain has been promoted to Vice President, Princeton Banking Center Manager.

In her expanded role as Regional Manager, Commercial Loan Officer, Heskes-Allard will continue serving commercial clients while providing leadership and guidance across the Bank’s commercial lending team. She joined Fidelity Bank in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, bringing nearly four decades of commercial banking and executive leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has led commercial lending teams, developed strategic growth initiatives, strengthened risk management practices, and built lasting relationships with businesses and nonprofit organizations across Central Massachusetts. At Fidelity Bank, she has played an important role in expanding the Bank’s relationships in the Worcester community.
In his new role as Director of Treasury Management, Tolf will lead the continued growth and strategic direction of Fidelity Bank’s treasury management services, helping businesses, municipalities and nonprofit organizations manage their financial operations and pursue their short- and long-term objectives. Since joining Fidelity Bank in 2023, Tolf has served as a trusted financial partner to municipal and nonprofit organizations across the region. He brings more than 20 years of banking experience spanning commercial banking, treasury management, municipal and nonprofit banking, commercial lending, and business development.
As Princeton Banking Center Manager, St Germain will oversee the daily operations of the Banking Center while continuing to deliver personalized service and support to clients and colleagues. Since joining Fidelity Bank in 2022 as Assistant Banking Center Manager, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for client care, team development, and community engagement. She brings a diverse leadership background in retail management and has completed leadership development programs through the Financial Leaders Institute, the Massachusetts Bankers Association, and Harvard Business School. Her focus on coaching, relationship building, and operational excellence has made her a valued leader within the organization.
