(Leominster, Mass.) Shawn Tolf, vice president, business services relationship manager at Fidelity Bank, was recently recognized for completing the prestigious Community Leadership Institute (CLI) program, Class of 2024. He was nominated by the Bank to participate in the program.
As the premier community leadership program in North Central Massachusetts, CLI is organized by the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. The program runs over nine months and includes an orientation and eight, day-long sessions focused on personal leadership, non-profit governance and volunteerism, regional history, media and crisis communications, healthcare, legislation and public policy, arts and culture, and economic development.
“CLI was a great opportunity for me to engage with many local organizations and leaders in the community where I both work and live. It was eye opening to get a behind the scenes look at how many of the organizations in North Central Massachusetts operate and the people they serve,” said Tolf. “The countless time and volunteer hours it takes to support a community is truly inspiring! I was also able to connect with many other tremendous people at local companies who went through the program with me. I will be sure to lean on this newfound support group of like-minded professionals for years to come!”
A resident of Lunenburg, Tolf graduated from Nashoba Regional High School and attended Quinsigamond Community College.
Applications are currently being accepted by the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce for the CLI Class of 2025. To learn more about the program or to nominate a colleague, visit www.northcentralmass.com/CLI.
