Accounts must be opened within two weeks of the scheduled LifeDesign@Work visit to be eligible for the promotional offer. ¹You will receive a $50 bonus into your new Fidelity Bank CareChecking account if you make monthly deposits totaling at least $500 per month for the first 3 full calendar months following account opening.
