City of Leominster Small Business Support Fund

In partnership with the City of Leominster, Fidelity Bank is sponsoring the Leominster Small Business Support Fund.

The fund aims to provide financial assistance to small businesses within the City of Leominster that have been adversely affected by economic challenges.

Throughout 2025, the fund will provide 12 grants of up to $250 for eligible businesses.

Eligibility requirements include:

• Businesses with 10 or fewer employees, including the owner(s), and are currently operational or able to demonstrate plans to reopen if temporary closed
• Applicants must demonstrate financial hardship due to economic challenges
• Business must be in good standing with the City of Leominster (e.g., no outstanding taxes or code violations)
• Each eligible business may apply for a one-time grant of up to $250

Grants may be used for the following purposes:

• Rent or mortgage payments for business property
• Utilities (e.g., electricity, water, Internet)
• Marketing or advertising expenses
• Other operating expenses necessary to sustain the business

Funds may not be used for:

• Personal expenses
• Repayment of loans unrelated to the business
• Payment of taxes, fines or penalties
