Branch hours for 2019 Christmas and New Year’s holidays will be as follows:

Tuesday, December 24: All branches and Client Care will close at 2pm
Wednesday, December 25: Holiday observed/bank closed

Tuesday, December 31: All branches and Client Care will close at 4pm
Wednesday, January 1: Holiday observed/bank closed

Branch Closing & Main Office Relocation Notice

Fidelity Co-operative Bank, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, has petitioned the Massachusetts Division of Banks for permission to redesignate its main office from 675 Main Street, Fitchburg, Massachusetts to 9 Leominster Connector, Leominster, Massachusetts and, in connection therewith, close its current main office of 675 Main Street, Fitchburg.  Any objections or comments relative to this proposal must be communicated in writing to the Commissioner of Banks, Mary L. Gallagher, 1000 Washington Street, 10th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02118-6400 no later than two weeks from November 22, 2019.
We will close the 675 Main Street, Fitchburg location effective February 21, 2020. We regret any inconvenience this branch closing may have on you, our valued customers.
All services offered at this branch will be available at our new LifeDesign banking center to be located at the Twin City Shopping Center, 130 Whalon Street, Fitchburg, MA, pending receipt of all required regulatory approvals and completion of the proposed merger with Family Federal Savings, F.A. (the "Merger"). (If for any reason the Merger does not occur, this branch will not be closed.) Your banking needs can be serviced at this or any of our other convenient locations across central Massachusetts. No action by you will be necessary. Fake web sites, also known as spoof sites and “pharming” have been on the rise. Pharming is when a web site’s visitors are redirected to a fake lookalike site, where either malicious software will be installed on visitors’ computers, or the site will gather (or pharm) personal data such as online banking passwords, personal data, or financial details.

We encourage you to stay diligent as you use the convenience of online banking at Fidelity Bank or other sites where you enter in login credentials.

When you login to online banking, make sure to check the following:

  • The web address should always be

  • Before the web address, ensure it has https://. The “s” in https, stands for secure and is important to watch for

  • If you have reached our web site through an email or web site banner or pop-up that you believe may be fraudulent, close out of your browser immediately. You can always open up a new window and type into your address bar to reach our web site.
